Paul De La Torre has 15 years of experience in property management, a Bachelor's Degree in Management, and a Master's Degree in Finance.  He also has a certificate in finance in advanced excel, and a certificate in accounting operations.  His education and experience makes him the ideal person to manage your properties.  Mr. De La Torre prides himself in providing efficient and quick services to his investors and their tenants.
